Coopers Tax is founded by Nitin Mohan Kashyap, Chartered Accountant having more than 24 years experience in the field of corporate tax and international tax matters in a Big 4 consulting firm as well as in an industry. He leads the tax practice at Coopers Tax. He has been involved in advising multinational companies in formulating an entry strategy for India, structuring investments, repatriation and exit options in a tax efficient manner, transaction structuring, matters related to double taxation avoidance agreements, income tax due diligence on acquisitions of target businesses, domestic income tax issues relating to companies, firms and expatriate individuals and advice on regulatory matters in India. He is also well versed in compliance matters relating to corporate income tax returns, audits and assessments by revenue and appeals before the appellate authorities. He has served various multinational companies primarily in trading, manufacturing, consumer & Industrial products and technology sectors.

He has been speaker on various income-tax issues at professional seminars organized by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He has also been a guest faculty for conducting the Induction Training Programme for the Probationary Officers of the Indian Corporate Law Service (Civil Services) at the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.

He has also co-authored a book "India Master Fringe Benefit Tax Guide" published by CCH (a Wolters Kluwer business) in 2008.
